Starter of hot rolls and a house salad (fresh greens, cheddar cheese, tomato, eggs, and made-from-scratch-croutons).

Main course is Dallas Filet & Shrimp (tender, lean 6 oz steak served with grilled shrimp) and your choice of plain or loaded baked potato with cheddar cheese and bacon bits.

An authentic Italian dessert follows.
