Reds

Chambourcin

In 2019, Chambourcin became the state red grape of Kansas. We proudly display it on our Destination Kansas label. It is a medium-bodied, dry red wine with notes of cherry and earthiness with soft tannins. This French-American hybrid wine is great on its own and even better paired with food.
 

Baco Noir

For the dark knight in all of us. May this wine lance your taste buds with the rich aroma of cherry and smoke. Baco Noir explodes with flavors of mixed berries and plum.

 

St. Vincent

It’s hard to believe but the distinct notes of cranberry shine through in this saintly delicious red wine. St. Vincent grapes are the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity that is needed for an Antipasto of Italian meats, cheeses and breads on any Sunday afternoon. “Saluti a tutti!”

Fredonia

“Fredonia” was coined by Samuel Latham Mitchell by coupling the English word “freedom” with a Latin ending. This deep flavored red wine welcomes you to America.

 

Dust Off 911

When you need a solid red wine to seize the day, Dust Off 911 comes to the rescue. A deep garnet in color, with distinct cherry aromas. Pairs well with meat dished or a hearty pasta at the end of a long day.

Vignoles

In 2019, Vignoles because the Kansas state white grape. We proudly display it on our Destination Kansas label. Vignoles’ luscious floral aroma and fruity flavors of grapefruit, pineapple and apricot make this citrus semi-dry white wine a favorite.
 

Itasca

A star is born in this medium bodied white wine with tons of flavor. The flavors of melon, pear, and starfruit translate into the ultimate wine, which can also have notes of honey and quince. Enjoyed best under a Kansas sunset.

Seasons of Aspen

This Riesling wine is the only guest grape that you will find in our lineup. Named after our daughter, Aspen, this tribute wine reminds us to enjoy the seasons of life and to savor and seize each day. Seasons of Aspen brings you the delightfulness of a crisp autumn breeze boasting the bright sunny notes of apple and pear. Delicious any time of the year!

Harvest Moon

Harvest Moon is our semi sweet white. It comes from Gina’s family roots, her Sicilian background. There’s a special formula which creates the delicious body in this family secret white grape wine. Gina & Bryan created this white wine a little twisted together and soon with Bryan’s wine making techniques it has become their first family wine. Their children Zander and Aspen helped name this wine because as it went through fermentation process the color continue to change to a golden yellow hence we have Harvest Moon. Similar to a full body Chardonnay but not as sweet as a Moscato. Pairs well with a seafood linguine or a breaded & baked chicken breast.

Blends

Remembrance

This is Bryan/Gina signature red wine blend. I know that you will find it to be very full bodied but not too dry and not too sweet. It’s a beautiful color and a great blend of local red grapes. The label is a colorful depiction of the one horse rider. However the label does change based off of opportunity to showcase additional military labels such as this one featuring the buffalo soldier. This wine will always be called remembrance but the label may change to some collectors choices. To explain a little bit about Buffalo soldier—it is the first African-American regiment serving in the Army. There is a remembrance statue for the buffalo soldiers right here on the Fort Leavenworth Military base.

On Wings of Eagles

This blend of six different reds will leave your taste buds flying on wings of eagles. Bryan served two tours in Iraq with the 101st Aviation. While flying in Iraq he always flew on wings of eagles. Please enjoy our proud, twisted blend of reds.

Dolce Baci

Dolce Baci means sweet kiss in Italian. On a trip to Italy, Gina & Bryan visited the Leaning Tower of Pisa.

Our sweet kiss red blend with an Italian flair for a red wine that brings sweetness into your pallet with a full-bodied blend of red grapes. The label features lovers in the moonlit sky by the Leaning Tower of Pisa for our Italian twist.

Dolce Baci pairs well with any Italian pasta and meatballs, or a great accompaniment to a braised pork loin.
