The Vineyard

Our vineyard is an enchanted place where Twisted magic is happening. One visit to the Z&M vineyard and you know that you have entered a special spot. We grow our own grapes and purchase produce from local farmers. We care about every single bottle of wine we create. To create our hand-crafted, signature wines, we use only the best produce and handle each batch with care.

The land we work grants us amazing gifts each day. In return, Z&M believes in treating our land with care and intention. You won’t see harsh chemicals at our Twisted Vineyard, which is equipped with a specialized irrigation system that is replenished by rain water, minimizing our ecological footprint. Because Z&M is committed to keeping our products chemical-free, we keep weeds out by using recycled newspaper to line the beds. In August of 2019, we started Bella Vino, a sustainable self-care line of soaps, lip care, body scrubs, and candles made with repurposed ingredients from our wine-making process.

We couldn’t keep this magic to ourselves, which is why we opened the vineyard to the public in 2020. It now plays host to celebrations, exciting events featuring local food, music, and entertainment, as well as casual get-togethers. The newest addition is a large event space opening March 2022.
