Simple but elegant, Arrabbiata literally means “angry” in Italian because the sauce in this dish is supposed to be “angry” spicy. We will be making our in-house sauce with our Hellfire Jalapeno Wine. Perfect amount of heat balanced with the freshness of parsley, basil and parmesan. We promise you’ll love it!
